- I understand that ADAI does not recommend or endorse any of the License Holders or affiliated companies on this website listing in any way.
- I understand that any contract or transaction is solely between License Holders.
- I understand that by submitting this form to ADAI that I am assuming any liability or risk associated therewith.
- I understand that, upon written request, ADAI will also remove my information from the Public Alabama Licensed Hemp Processors/Growers List.
