It is with regrets that we must inform you the maximum number of applications that we have funds to serve for the 2024 year has been reached. Therefore, at this time we are no longer accepting applications for 2024.

However, please feel free to check back in May to see if the application opens again for card renewals only to be placed on a waiting list in the event additional funding is available.

You may apply for the 2025 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program benefits beginning in mid-January.
